How usage is counted
A 1,200-line BOM containing 180 unique manufacturer part numbers consumes 180 Component Analyses. Re-opening a BOM you already analyzed does not consume more.
SmartReplace™ queries and Live Price Refreshes are metered separately and enforced server-side.
Monthly allowance vs Analysis Packs
Your monthly plan allowance is always consumed first. Analysis Pack credits are used only after the monthly allowance is exhausted, and pack credits do not reset each month.
Analysis Packs are one-time purchases and can be bought on any plan, including Free.
Billing and taxes
Subscriptions and Analysis Packs are sold through Paddle as merchant of record. Applicable sales tax and VAT are calculated at checkout.
Supplier data status
Live distributor pricing and stock require connected distributor API accounts. While distributor connections are pending, PartOptix runs on a clearly labelled reference dataset and Live Price Refresh is disabled — no fabricated supplier results are shown as live data.
